WILD FOREST FORAGING
Discover what you can eat in the woods of Santa Cruz, CA! While hiking in the redwoods, pines, creek sides and chaparral ecosystems, our local foraging expert with 15+ years for experience will teach you wild-food harvesting techniques. We’ll learn how to identify and harvest species that are in season and available. Mushrooms season is approx. Nov-March. These classes are really fun and interactive! All ages and fitness levels welcome.
