I retuned home with a deep connection with sense of self and song. As well as a renewed sensation for Self love and love for others that are in my everyday life...Reconnecting to nature is reconnecting to the soul. This trip was EPIC! It reminded me to feel within and voice my heart songs.

This trip was everything I was hoping for and more. The experience out in the Trinities is hard to sum up into words. That which I was seeking was also seeking me; and I was able to get quiet and still enough to tune into the deep wisdom within and all around. There were so many layers of support and healing available- nature, the group leaders, and the tribe of participants. The facilitation and holding was exquisite, artful, thoughtful, heartful, and soulful. The medicine just kept pouring out in all directions. My experience was deeply nourishing, soul reviving, empowering, and wholeing. I am so grateful for this passage and Remembrance of my essential nature.

This is a back country backpacking empowerment experience meets deep ceremonial ritual with strangers who become instant friends. What could be better than circling up with women in deep nature and feeling seen, heard and loved; swimming like naked nymphs in rivers, sharing food, pooping in the woods and digging it!? This is an elixir for the soul. I would do it again, and again and again. And Sarai and Caitlin make a powerful, perfectly synchronized leadership team. LOVED IT!!!!

This trip was a wonderful way to reconnect to nature in a supported and nurturing way. There was time and space for personal introspection, facilitated by the thoughtful ceremonies and teachings shared by the guides, as well as playful group activities like singing around the fire. Every woman’s emotional space and skill level was respected - there were no “weak links”. I came home with a full heart, feeling grounded and restored. I can’t wait to join a future Mountain Soul Adventures trip

Our group felt so instantly cohesive. I really loved how the whole trip started, how we circled up and introduced ourselves, acknowledged the land we were on, how we set an intention to really care for ourselves and each other. I immediately felt so held. I also loved the way we settled into base camp. I was really impacted by the circle we shared that first evening, introducing our people and calling in our ancestors, it was so beautiful. There were honestly so many positive parts of this trip, most of my experience there was positive, truly. The songs, the council, the ceremonies, the fire tending, the structure around the solos, and so much more. I also really appreciate the space for silence and got SO MUCH out of the walk back to the cars when we were encouraged to be in silence and find our reminder words. AND the Authentic movement practice is something I now have incorporated into the workshops I teach so thank you!!

This glorious trip brought me back to my roots. To my deep connection to the earth and to my love for being in community with strong, open and creative women. I feel restored and ready for my next adventure. This was my first backpacking trip and I borrowed/rented all of my gear because I didn’t know what to expect. When I returned back home from the Trinities I knew without a doubt that backpacking would now be an integral part of my life. I decided to buy my own tent, backpack, sleeping bag/pad so that I could be ready at any point to dive back into the wild. Thank you thank you thank you Sarai and Caitlin for this offering. It was medicine for my soul and I can’t wait for the next trip. My heart is dancing just thinking about it.
